This Indenture made this twenty Eighth day of January
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and seventy one between Peter W.W. Sparkman of the
Town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida of the
first part and Sydney Bryan of the County and State afore-
said of the second part Witnesseth That the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Fifty dollars in lawful money of the United States
to him in hand paid by the said party of the second
part at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed re-
leased and conveyed and doth by these presents grant
bargain sell alien enfeoff release and convey unto
the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
forever that certain piece or parcel or tract of land
lying and being the county of Alachua state of Florida
and better known on the public maps of said State as the
North East quarter (NE1/4) of the south west quarter (SW1/4)
of the NE1/4 of section twenty three (S.23) of Township
Eight south of (T.8S) Range Twenty one East (R21E)
containing ten (10) acres more or less Together with all
the improvements ways Easements rights privileges and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining and all the remainder reversions rents
issues and profits thereof and all the Estate right title
interest claim and demand whatsoever whether at
law or in Equity of the said party of the first part of
in to or out of the said piece or parcel of land and prem-
ises- To have and to hold the said piece or parcel of land
and premises with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns to her
and their sole use benefit and behoof forever - and
the said party of the first part for himself and his
heirs Executors and administrators doth hereby covenant
promise and agree to and with the said party of
the second part her heirs and assigns that he the said
party of the first part and his heirs shall and will
warrant and forever defend the said piece or
parcel of land and premises with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part her heirs and as-
signs from and against the claims of all persons claiming
or to claim the same or any part thereof by from un-
der or through him the said party of the first part
and further that the said party of the first part and
his heirs shall and will at any and at all times
hereafter upon the request and at the cost of the
said party of the second part her heirs or assigns
make and execute all such other deed or deeds
