December one Thousand Eight hundred and sixty nine be-
tween Elias Earle party of the first part and Eliza E. Lewis
party of the second part both of Alachua County Florida
Witnesseth that the said Elias Earle of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of ($1600) sixteen hundred
dollars to him in hand well and truly paid by the said
Eliza E. Lewis of the second part the receipt whereof is
