first part does for himself his heirs and assigns by these
presents warrant and defend the above titles against
all persons whomsoever claiming or to claim the
same under any legal or Equitable title whatso-

This Indenture made this the 27th day of September in the
year one thousand Eighteen hundred and sixty five be-
tween John G. Colson and his wife Sarah F. Colson of the
first part and Stephen Dampier of the second part all
of the County and State above mentioned Witnesseth that
John G. Colson and his wife Sarah F. Colson of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred
and fifty dollars in hand paid to them by Stephen
Dampier of the second part at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain and
convey to Stephen Dampier of the second part and
his heirs and assigns a certain piece or parcel of
land lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and known and described by surveys of the
United States as the East half of the north east quarter
of section twenty four in Township seven South of
Range nineteen East containing seventy nine 91/100
acres together with all the appurtenances thereunto be-
longing to have and to hold the said messuage or 
tenement and piece or parcel of land hereby granted
or intended so to be unto the said Stephen Dampier
of the second part his heirs and assigns and to
his and their only proper use and behoof forever
and the said John G. Colson and his wife Sarah F.
Colson parties of the first part do covenant & agree
to and with the said Stephen Dampier of the second
part his heirs and assigns to forever warrant and
defend the above tract or parcel of land to the said
Stephen Dampier his heirs and assigns forever.
In witness whereof the said John G. Colson
and his wife Sarah F. Colson parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hands and seals
