County of Marion } This indenture made this Eighth day of March
1869 between Thomas C. Kettles of the State and County aforesaid
of the first part and William Williams of the State and County
aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth: That the said party of
the part for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred
Dollars to him in hand paid by the same party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained, sold
and transferred do hereby grant, bargain sell and transfer to the said
William Williams his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract of Lands
situated in the State of Florida and County of Alachua lot No 9 section 27
lot No 3 quarter of section 34 Township 11 South of Range 18 East containing
eighty acres to have and to hold to the said William Williams his
heirs and assigns forever with the rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging
and the said party of the first part, the said Land above described with
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns will forever
warrant and defend against all and every person and persons
whomsoever witness my hand and seal the day and year above

by her husband Tho C. Kettles to William Williams. Witness my hand
