                 Assignment of Bankrupt's Effects.
  In the District Court of the United States for the Northern
District of Florida.
 In the Matter of

    Northern District of Florida, SS:
         Know all men by these presents, That J.C. Greely
of the City of Jacksonville, County of Duval and State
of Florida has been duly appointed Assignee of the estate
of John W. Montgomery of Ocala in the County of Marion &
State of Florida, who has been adjudged as Bankrupt by de
cree of this Court, Now, Therefore, I Franklin Fraser, Register
in Bankruptcy, by virtue of the authority vested in me by
the Fourteenth Section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act
to establish a Uniform System of Bankruptcy throughout
the United States" approved March 2, 1867, do hereby con
vey and assign to the said J.C. Greely, Assignee as
aforesaid, all the Estate, Real and Personal, of the said
John W. Montgomery Bankrupt, including all property,
on the thirty first day of December, AD one thousand eight
hundred and sixty eight, together with all his deeds, books and
papers, relating thereto, saving and excepting such property
as is exempted from the operation of this assignment by the
provisions of said Fourteenth Section of said Act. To have
and to hold all the foregoing premises to the said J.
C. Greely and to his heirs forever. In Trust Neverthe=
less for the use and purposes, and with the powers & 
subject to the conditions and limitations prescribed and
set forth in said act,
               In witness whereof, I, the said Register & Bank
               ruptcy, have hereunto set my hand, and caused
               the Seal of said District Court to be affixed,
               this 18" day of August Anno Domini
