State of Florida } This Indenture made this the 9th day of
Alachua County   } February 1870 - between D.M. Finger and
F.V. Seagle of the first part & L.B. Miller of the State of
Georgia of the second part Witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part have this day granted sold
& conveyed to the party of the second part all that
certain parcel of land lying in the Aredondo Grant
Grant in Alachua County Enclosed by a line be-
ginning at the half mile stake on the Eastern boun-
dary of section 30, Township 9, Range 20 E & S, a
running due west to the west bank of Hogtown Creek
Thence south along the bank of said creek to a point
opposite the mouth of Bailey's Branch Thence East
along said Branch to where it crosses the Eastern boun-
dary of said section Thence north along said boundary
to the point of beginning. To have and to hold said
granted premises to him the said Miller in trust
for Elizabeth Baldwin wife of Moses H. Baldwin of
Terrell County Georgia his heirs and assigns - and
the said parties of the first part shall the said
granted premises to the said party of the second part
and his assigns forever warrant & defend against all
adverse claim whatsoever - In witness whereof the
said parties of the first part have hereunto set their
hands & seals this the day & year above written.

Alachua County   } This Indenture made on the 17th Feby
1871 - in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and seventy one between Wm P. Boulware of the first and
George Starkes of the seckond part all of the State and
County afore mention Witnesseth that for and in consider-
ation of the sum of four hundred dollars $4.00 to him in
hand paid at and before the signing and sealing hereof the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said party of 
the first have bargained sold given granted and con-
veyed and by these presents do bargain grant sell and
convey unto the said party of the seckond part his heirs
and Essigns the following lots or parcels of land to wit:
The north west 1/4 of the NW1/4 of section No twenty six
(26) in Township nine (9) south of Range Twenty two
(22) containing thirty nine (39) Eighty one hundredths
