The south west 1/4 of the South west 1/4 of section 23 of Township
9 Range (22) E. Containing in all one hundred and ten acres
more or less all situated lying and being in Alachua County
State of Florida to have and to hold the above mentioned
and described parcels of land with all and singular the 
improvements and appertenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining in fee simple forever unto the
said George Starke of the seckond part his heirs and as
signs Executors or administrators and the said party of
the first doth bind himself his heirs Executors and ad-
ministrators covenant and agree with the said party of
the seckond part and signed in fee simple of the above
granted premises that they are free from all Encum-
brances that he has good right to and convey the same
to the said party of the second part and that he will for
himself his heirs Executors administrators and assigns
warrant and defend the same forever unto the said
party of the second part his heirs Executors and assigns
agains the lawful claims and demands of all persons
whomsoever. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
