sideration of the sum of Two thousand one hundred Dollars to
him in hand paid by the said party of the second part at and
before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold
aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents does grant bargain sell convey and con-
firm unto the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns forever all the following lots tracts or parcels of land
situate lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and known and described as follows: an un-
divided half interest of said party of the first part in and
to the following described lands to wit: all that certain
lot of land situated in the town of Gainesville and known
and described on the map of the survey of said Town
as the south west corner of Block four (4) in Range five
(5) fronting fifty feet running back East one hundred
feet also all that certain tract or parcel of land
situated in said town of Gainesville and described on
the map of said town as Block four (4) Range four (4)
saving and Except all that certain part of said last
described land bounded as follows - beginning at a point
forty five and one half feet west of the south east corner
of said Block four in Range four fronting twenty five
feet on liberty street running north from thence fifty feet
thence East twenty five feet thence south fifty feet to the
point of beginning - Also section twenty seven (27) Township
Ten (10) Range nineteen (19) S & E. Containing five hundred
and thirty and forty one hundredths (530 40/100) acres of land
more or less - Also fractional section twenty six (26) in
Township ten (10) Range nineteen (19) S & E containing one
hundred and five (105) acres more or less - Also the
south east half of section twenty eight (28) Township ten
(10) Range nineteen (19) S & E. Containing Three hundred
and twenty (320) acres more or less - Also that tract de-
scribed as in Township ten (10) Range nineteen (19) S & E
and bounded as follows to wit: beginning on the south
East line of the George I.F. Clark Grant at a point two
hundred and nine (209) feet from the East corner of
said Grant Thence running south westerly along said
boundary to the south corner of said Grant Thence north
westerly along the south west boundary of said Grant one
hundred and fifteen chains and Eighty Eight links
(115 Ch 88 l) to a point nine Chains and twelve links (9 Ch 12 l)
from the west corner of said Grant - Thence north seventy
one degrees and forty five minutes (71° 45') East forty one
Chains and thirty four links (41 Ch. 34 l) to a point two
hundred and nine feet from the north east boundary
line of said Grant - Thence south easterly on a straight
line parallel to the north east boundary of said grant
