This Indenture made and entered into this
the (26th) twenty sixth day of December Anno Domini One
thousand Eight hundred & sixty seven (1867) Between John L.
Wynn of the County of Alachua and State of Florida, party
of the first part and Hiram Alderman of Marion County
& State aforesaid party of the Second part, Witnesseth: that
the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of Twelve hundred Dollars ($1200) to him in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, at and before the enseal
=ing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
=ledged has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, and conveyed
and does by these presents grant, bargain, sell, alien convey,
and confirm unto the said party of the Second part
his heirs and assigns all the following lots, tracts or parcels
of Land situate, lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known and distinguished as Lots
Number Two (2) and number three (3) in Section Twenty five (25)
Township Eight (8) Range Twenty two (22) Containing One
hundred & Twenty Eight 71/100  (128 71/100) acres, more or less Together
with all and singular the rights and members tenements hereditaments
and appurtinances to the same belonging or in any wise appertai
=ning: To Have and to hold the aforesaid bargained premises
together with all and singular the rights, members, tenements,
hereditaments and appurtinances to the same belonging unto
the said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns to him
and their own sole and proper use, benefit and behoof forever in
Fee Simple; And the said party of the first part for himself
his heirs Executors and Administrators does hereby covenant with
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, that
he is lawfully seized of said premises, as of fee and has
good and lawful right to sell and convey the same and
that he will and his heirs Executors and Administrators
Shall forever Warrant and Defend the title to said premises
unto the said Hiram Alderman of the Second part his
heirs and assigns against the claim of any and all persons
whomsoever - In Testimony Whereof the said party of the

                Know all men by these presents That I
Hester P. Wynn wife of the above named John L. Wynn
do by these presents, made and executed by me Separate
and apart from my said husband, and in the presence
of John Dupree a Judicial Officer of this State acknow
=ledge and declare that I did make myself a party to
the foregoing deed of conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing
