State of Florida  } Know all men by these presents that I James
County of Alachua } Tompkins of the State and County aforesaid for and
in Consideration of the Sum of ten dollars to me in hand paid at and be
fore the Sealing and delivering of these presents by Wilson Peck Tompkins
of the State and County aforesaid the receipt whereof I hereby ac-
knowledge and for the further Consideration of the love and affection
which I have and bear to my wife Ann Tompkins have granted
bargained sold and Conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain
Sell and Convey unto the said Wilson Peck Tompkins the following de-
scribed property to wit a certain piece or parcel of Land lying
and Situate in the State and County aforesaid and described as lots
no ten and fifteen of Section thirty four in Township Eleven South
of Range twenty two East in the District of lands subject to sale
at Newnansville Florida Containing seventy nine acres and
Eighty Eight Hundredths of an acre also the lot numbered one
of Section thirty three in Township Eleven South of Range
Twenty two East in the District of lands subject to Sale at
Newnansville Florida Containing Forty Seven acres and ten
hundredths of an acre also lots numbered Seven and Six
teen of Section number thirty four in Township number
Eleven South of Range number twenty two East Containing
Seventy nine acres and Eighty Eight Hundredths of an acre
Also a certain piece or parcel of land lying and Situate in
the State aforesaid and the County of Hernando Known and
described as North East quarter of Section number Eight
in Township number Eighteen South of Range number
Seventeen East Containing one hundred and sixty acres
and twenty hundredths of an acre with all the rights
privileges and appertenances thereto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and also seventy five head of Stock
Cattle marked Swallow fork under nick and upper bit
in one Ear Swallow fork and under nick in the other
branded I.T. also twenty five head of Hogs marked
under slope and upper bit in one Ear Crop and two
splits in the other also one Bay Horse two Bay Colts
two Carts one Buggy and Harness one Sugar Mill two Su-
gar boilers and all my household and Kitchen furniture
and two yoke of oxen to have and to hold unto him the
said Wilson Peck Tompkins his Executors administrators and
Assigns in trust nevertheless for the Sole benefit behoof and
as the separate property of the said Ann Tompkins wife of
the said James Tompkins during her natural lifetime
and at her death for the Sole and Equal use benefit
and behoof of the Children of the body of the Said Ann
Tompkins by the Said James Tompkins begotten - To per-
mit the Said Ann Tompkins during her natural life
to have and Enjoy the use and possession of the above
described property without in any manner being sub-
ject to the debts or liabilities of her Said Husband
