and upon the further trust to convey by any sufficient in-
strument the said property or any part thereof to such
person or persons as may be directed by the said Ann
Tompkins and I the said James Tompkins my Execu-
tors administrators and assigns the above bargained and
sold property unto the said Wilson Peck Tompkins
trustee as aforesaid his Executors administrators and
assigns will warrant and forever defend by these pres-
ents from and against all person or persons whomsoever
and I the said Wilson Peck Tompkins for my part do cov-
enant and agree to and with the said James Tompkins
to accept the trust herein by these presents reposed in
me for the purposes and use herein before mentioned
and faithfully to Execute and discharge the same In
witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
seals this the twenty second day of August one thousand

State of Florida } This Indter made and Entered into
Alachua County } this 28th day of March AD 1870 be-
tween John Goodnight and Martha A. Goodnight his
wife the first part and Ellen M. Stokes and her
heirs of the second part Witnesseth that the said par-
ties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Sixty dollars the receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
edged have granted bargained and sold and by these
presance do grant bargain and sell to the said parties
of the second part her and her heirs and assgnes a certain
lot of land in the Village of Micanopy and County of
Alachua and this described Commencing at the
corner of the lot now owned and claimed by the
Estate of A.J. Neal and then running East parallel
