two and a half feet to a pation of land known as the hunter lot
then North one hundred and fifty feet Thence west one hun
dred and fifty two feet and a half to the said Neales lot Thence south
one hundred and fifty feet to the road where place of starting con-
taining half acre more or less being the lot or one of the lots
owned claimed by the said Goodnight and Jeremiah Gamage
and the title to the said lot the said parties of the first part
to the second party of the second part her and her heirs and
assigns shall and will forever warrant and defend by these
presance John Goodnight to and Marth A. Goodnight
his wife Warret the tile of the above described parcel of
land or lot forever in testimony whereas we have

and without any compulsion or constraint apprehen-
sion of or from her said husband and to certify as that
the said Martha A. Goodnight did sign and seal
this acknowledgement in my presence and her sig-
nature and seal are attached hereunto this 28th
