Hillery Whitehurst Sen of the State and County above mentioned
for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars to
me in hand paid by Absolem S. Whitehurst the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge have given granted bargained
sold and released unto the said A.S. Whitehurst the following
described lands viz: The South Half of the North East quarter
of section Thirty one in Township number Eight south of
Range number seventeen East containing Eighty acres more
or less lying and being in Alachua County State of Florida and
known in the U.S. Surveys as above described unto the said
Absolem S. Whitehurst his heirs and assigns forever - And
I the above named Hillery Whitehurst Sen do hereby re-
linquish set apart and turn over unto the said Absolem
S. Whitehurst all my right title claims and demands
unto the above described lands in fee simple - In Witness
