party of the second part have granted bargained and sold
and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto
the said William Edwards party of the Second part his
heirs and Assigns forever all the following property
to wit: Block Four (4) Range Six (6) Situated in
the Town of Gainesville County and State aforesaid
together with all the rights titles interests and Equities
Which the said Thomas M. Colbert had of in or to the
Same - to have and to hold as fully as I the said
George L. Barnes as Sheriff as aforesaid might
Could or ought to sell and Convey the Same - Given

             Sheriff's Deed.
State of Florida } This Indenture made this Sixth day of
County of Alachua} February A.D. 1871 between George L. Barnes 
Sheriff of said County of the first part and Joseph G. Little
of the County of Alachua State of Florida of the Second part 
Witnesseth That Whereas by virtue of Sundry writ of
          issued 
Fieri Facias^out of the Circuit Court for said County and to 
him the said Sheriff directed he was Commanded
That of the goods and Chattles lands and tenements of 
David A. Frier he Cause to be made the sum of Seventy
one 50/100 Dollars with interest and Costs which John Brown
                                          the            
lately on the 14th day of Oct A.D. 1861 and^Sum of Two hundred
seventy Eight 07/100 dollars with interest thereon and
costs which T.A. Bradford & Co recovered on the 14th
Oct 1861 and the sum of one Hundred forty five 67/100
Dollars with interest thereon together with Costs of suit
which M.H. Lucy lately on the 7th day of December
A.D. 1870 recovered in our County Court against
