acres of land be the same more or less - together with all and
singular the rights privileges hereditaments & appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining - and also
all the Estate right title interest claim and demand both
in law and Equity which the said Testator had in his life
time and at the time of his decease and which the said
parties of the first part or Either of them have or hath by
virtue of the said last will and Testament or otherwise
of in and to the same - To have and to hold the said prem-
ises above mentioned and described and hereby granted &
conveyed or intended so to be with the appurtenances

appointed by the Governor of Florida and duly qualified
to take acknowledgement of Deeds & in the State of Maryland
to be used or recorded in said State of Florida do certify
that Charles W. Brush and Julia A. Van Ness personally
well known to me to be the parties granters & the parties
described in the foregoing Deed personally appeared before
me & severally acknowledged that they had Executed the
said Deed for the purposes therein set forth and the said
Julia A. Van Ness being at the same time duly sworn by me
said that she had Executed & acknowledged the same
by virtue of the authority contained in a power of attorney
Executed to her by Eugene Van Ness which power of attorney
was duly recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for the County of St Johns in said State of Florida
