This Indenture made this the Fifth day of June AD 1871 Between Fannie
W. Campbell of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part and
Jno W. Andersons Sons & Co R.H. Anderson G.W. Anderson J.W. Anderson
and A.H. Cole of the County of Chatam and State of Georgia of the second
part. Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars $500.00 Lawful
money of the United States to her in hand paid by the said Ander-
sons Sons & Co parties of the second part the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath bargained granted and sold and by
the presents doth grant bargain and sell convey and confirm
unto the said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns
forever all that certain piece or parcel of land which is known
and described as follows to wit: The S1/2 of SE1/4 and NW1/4 SE1/4
of No (34) in Township No (7) S of R No (19) E Containing one
hundred and twenty acres and seven hundredths together with all
and singular hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto be-
longing or in any wise appertaining and also all the Estate and
rights titles interest or demand of the party of the first part
Either in law or in Equity or in or to the above bargained
premises and every part and parcel thereof - In witness whereof

Before me the subscriber one Thomas Simpson a duly acting
Justice of the Peace personally came Fannie W. Campbell wife
of Robert W. Campbell who in due form of law acknowledged
the above indenture to be her act and deed and desired that
the same might be recorded as such and the said Fannie W.
Campbell being of full age and by me Examined separate and
apart from her said husband and the contents of the foregoing
indenture being first fully made known to her declared that
she did voluntarily and of her own free will and record
seal and as her act and Deed deliver the same without any
Coercion or Compulsion of her husband - In testimony whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal this June 5th 1871.
