and described of follows (to wit) Lot number One Section
Thirty six, T.8.R.22. containing forty acres & 11/100 and South
West quarter of North West Quarter Section Thirty six T.8.R
22. containing forty 10/100 acres and South half of South
East Quarter Section Twenty five, T.8.R.22.E containing Sixty 10/100
acres, and Lots No two Lot Seven and Ten, Section thirty T.8.
R.22. containing One hundred and sixty one acres and 41/100
containing all together Three Hundred and Ten acres and 36/100
acres; Together with all and singular the tenements and heredit
=aments and appurtinances and all the Estate title and interest
of the said parties of the first part therein, and the said
Parties of the first part doth hereby covenant and agree with
the party of the second part, that at the time of the delivery hereof
the said parties of the first part are the lawful owners and
thus fully possessed and seized of the premises above granted
and that they will warrant and defend the same in the
quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second
and his heirs and assigns forever - In Witness whereof we
have hereunto set our hands and seals, this 22nd day of

Frances M. McRae wife of the G.W.A. McRae being exam
=ined by me privately & separately and apart from her said
husband, did acknowledge that she had executed the
same for the purpose of releasing and relinquishing her
dower in said premises, was and is made freely and volun
=tarily and without any compulsion complaint apprehension
or fear of or from her husband. In Witness whereof the said
Frances M. McRae hath hereunto set her hand and seal in
my presence and apart and separate from her said husband this
