This Indenture made the fifth day of June AD one thousand
Eight hundred and seventy one between Raphael Campbell of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the first
part and Jno W. Andersons Sons & Co R.H. Anderson G.W.
Anderson J.W. Anderson and A.H. Cole of Chatam County and
State of Georgia of the second part - Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of two hundred dollars Lawful money of the United States
to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and de-
livery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged hath bargained and sold and do by these
presents Bargain sell alien and convey to the parties of
the second part and their heirs and assigns forever the
following described lands to wit, lying and being in the 
County of Alachua known by the numbers of United states
survey as Lots No 1 & 2 lot (1) containing 19 90/100 acres
Lot 2 containing 45 acres making in all sixty four
ninety one hundredths of an acre Said land lying in
section (4) Four Township (8) Eight Range (18) Eighteen
East bounded on the North & East by the George Atkinson Grant
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and ap-
purtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertain-
ing and also all the Estate & rights titles Interest or de-
mand of the party of the first part Either in law or in Equity
of in or to the above bargained premises and Every part or
parcel thereof - In witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal this the day and year first above written.

grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the
