and singular That Certain piece or parcel of land situated in the

State have granted bargained and sold and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
George L. Barnes his heirs and assigns forever all the
right title and interest which I have by virtue of
Purchase at Sheriffs Sale in and to the following prop
erty to wit: Block (2) Two and Range (4) Four Situated
in the Town of Gainesville Alachua County Florida and
known as the "Suwannee Hotel Property" To have and
to hold unto him the said George L. Barnes his heirs
Executors and Administrators and assigns forever in
fee simple absolute to their own proper use and
