and to hold the above described lot or parcel of ground
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever - and the said

covenant with the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns that he has not done any act matter

that he will Execute such further assurances as may

Be it known that on this day before me a Commis-
sioner appointed by the Governor of the State of Florida and
duly commissioned and qualified to take acknowledge-
ment of Deeds &c in the State of Maryland that are to be
used or recorded in the State of Florida personally ap-
peared Charles W. Brush to me known of my own
knowledge to be the party described in and who Execu-
ted the foregoing Deed and acknowledged the same to be
his act. - In testimony whereof I have hereunto sub-
scribed my name and affixed my seal of office this twen-
tieth day of February AD Eighteen hundred and seventy one.

Alachua County } This Indenture made this fifteenth day of July
AD 1871. Between Stephen McCall of the State and County afore-
said of the first part and W.D. Cothern of the same place of
the second part Witnesseth that the said Stephen McCall
for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred and fifty
dollars paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bar-
gained sold and conveyed and by these presents doth bar-
gain sell and convey unto the said W.D. Cothren his heirs
and assigns all that tract or parcel of land known and
sold at administrators sale as the lands of the Estate
of the late John Wiggins saving and exceptng one hundred
and sixty acres heretofore sold to Burrell Wiggins and
also the portion of said land set aside as the
