widows dower that part now sold being known to wit as the East
half of the south west quarter and the west half of the south East quarter
and the south East quarter of the south East quarter of section
No twelve and the north half of lot no three section No thirteen
Township Eight south of Range nineteen East containing two hundred
and forty Eight acres more or less - To have and to hold said bargained
premises to the said W.D. Cothren his heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple and the said Stephen McCall for himself his heirs
Executors and administrators said bargained premises shall and
will forever warrant and defend from and against him and them-
selves and against the claim of all other persons whatsoever -
signed sealed and deliver the day and year first written.

Alachua County   } On this 25th day July AD 1871 personally came
before me the subscriber Priscilla McCall wife of Stephen McCall
who being Examined before me a Justice of the Peace in and for
said County separate and apart from her said husband declares
that she signs this instrument conveying away all her claim
or or right to Dower in or to the foregoing tract or parcel of land
all which she does without fear compulsion or restraint
from her said husband but does the same of her own free will
and for the purposes therein Expressed. In witness whereof
I hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above
written signed before us note interlined before signing

instrument of writing for the uses and purposes
