Alachua County   } This Indenture made and Executed this
the twenty fifth day of September AD One thousand Eight hun-
dred and seventy Between Daniel Morrison of Alachua
County and of the State of Florida of the first part and Wash-
ington Morrison of Alachua County State of Florida of the
second part: Witnesseth That the said Daniel Morrison
for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred Dol-
lars is to be paid after the Death of said Daniel Morrison
whereof acknowledged hath bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey un-
to the said Washington Morrison his heirs and assigns all
that tract or parcel of land lying and being on the west
side of Orange Creek in the County of Alachua and known
as the North west quarter of section Thirty six in Town-
ship ten south of range twenty two East containing one
hundred and sixty acres to have and to hole the said
before discribed primises together with the right and ap-
pertnances thereto belonging to him the said Washington
Morrison his heirs and asigns for Ever in fee simple and
the said Daniel Morrison for him self Executors and ad-
ministrators will for ever Warrant and defend the right
and title thereunto against the claims of all person what
soever in testimony whereof the said Daniel Morrison
has hereunto set my hand and seal signed sealed and
delivered in presents of us: }       his

State of Florida } Personally came before me H.S. Harmon
Alachua County   } Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for said
County & State C.C. Morrison who being duly sworn says that
he saw Daniel Morrison sign seal and deliver the foregoing
deed for the uses and purposes therein set forth and that
he together with C.J. Morrison signed the same as subscri-
bing witnesses.
