Marion County           } This Indenture made
the tenth day of February One thousand Eight hund
=dred and Sixty nine between Hester A. Gregg Adminis
=tratrix of the Estate of David B. Gregg deceased
of the State of South Carolina and County of Marion
of the first part and G.W.A. McRae of the State of
Florida and County of Alachua of the Second
part, Witnesseth that the Said party of the
first part, for and in consideration of the Sum
of Two thousand Dollars lawful Money to her in
hand paid, before the delivery hereof, hath bargain
=ned and Sold, and by these presents doth grant &
Convey to the Said party of the Second part, his
heirs and assigns forever, all that Certain piece or
parcel of land in the Counties of Alachua and
Putnam County in the State of Florida, and which
is Known and described as follows to wit: Lot
Number One Section thirty Six T.8. R22 Containing
forty and eleven One hundredths acres, and South West
quarter of North West quarter of Section thirty Six T.
8, R22 Containing forty and ten One hundredths
acres and lots numbers two, Six, Seven, and ten, Section
thirty Six T.8 R22 E Containing One hundred and Sixty
One and forty One One hundredths acres, Containing
altogether, three hundred and two and thirty Six One
hundredths acres, together with all and Singular the
tenements and hereditaments, and appurtinances, and
all the Estate, title and interest of the said party
of the first part therein, And the Said party of
the first part doth hereby Covenant and agree with the
Said party of the Second part, that at the time of
the delivery hereof, the said party of the first part is
the lawful owner as Administratrix of the Estate of her
deceased husband David B. Gregg and thus
fully possessed and Seized of the premises above
granted and that She will warrant and defend
the Same in the quiet and peaceable possession
of the said party of the Second part and his heirs
and assigns forever - In Witness whereof I have
hereunto Set my hand and Seal this tenth day
of February One thousand Eight hundred &
