Consideration of Two Thousand and four Hundred Dollars
paid by Julius A. Turnipseed of Alachua County Florida
and George M. Cants of Fairfield Dist South Carolina
have given granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do give grant bargain sell and Convey
unto Muscoe Boulware of Alachua County State of Florida
the following Tract of land in Alachua County Florida
Containing Two Hundred Acres and in Section twenty
Seven Township No Nine and bounded by lands Subject
to Sale at Newnansville Florida on the East and Louis
Ford on the South and the said Musco Boulware on
the North Together with all and Singular the rights
members hereditaments and appurtenances to the said
Land belonging or in any wise incident or appertaining
To Have and to hold all the Said Land unto the said
Musco Boulware his heirs and assigns forever - And I
do hereby bind myself my heirs Executors and admin-
istrators to warrant and forever defend all and
