at public auction according to law to Mrs Omerea B. Thomas
for the sum of Nine Dollars being the highest sum for the same 
Now therefor Know Ye That I the said George L. Barnes Sheriff 
as aforesaid by virtue of the said writs and of the Statutes in
such cases made and provided for and in consideration 
of the sum of nine dollars to me in hand paid by the said
Omerea B. Thomas party of the second part have granted 
bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain 
and Sell unto the said Omerea B. Thomas party of the sec-
ond part his heirs and assigns forever all the following 
property to wit  The North East quarter of North east
quarter and South west quarter of the North east quarter
of Section 34, Township 9 Range 22 S & E, Containing
Eighty acres more or less together with all the rights 
titels Interests and Equities which the said William
T. Cheves had of in or to the same To have to hold as 
fully as I the said George L. Barnes as Sheriff as afore=
said might could or ought to sell and convey the same
