containing Twelve hundred acres more or less were bid off
& bought by the said James B. Brown at a sale of the
same made by the Sheriff of said County of Alachua and
State of Florida to satisfy sundry executions issued out
of the Circuit Court of the said County and State my
Dower interest in which I have sold and relinquished
and released to the said James B. Brown in part con=
sideration of the said sum of Thousand dollars named
and mentioned in this Instrument
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this second day of June AD 1870

whom it may concern that Rebecca M. Cunningham
widow of the late William Cunningham and who was
well known to me did this appear before me and upon
being privately and separately examined by me did decl=
are that she does freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion dread or fear of any person or persons whomsoever
renounce release and forever relinquish unto the above named
James B. Brown his heirs and assigns all her interest and
Estate and also all her right and claim of dower of in
and to all and singular the premises above relinquished
and all other things therein mentioned In witness whereof she
has signed this in my presence
