State of Florida } This Indenture made this Twenty
Alachua County   } ninth day of August AD one thousand
Eight hundred and Seventy one, between Elisha G.
Johnson of the County of Columbia and State aforesaid
of the one part, and Cornelius O.O. Roberts of said State
and County of the other part Witnesseth that the said
Elisha G. Johnson in Consideration of Natural love
and affection and the further consideration of ten
dollars to him in hand paid by the said Cornelius
O.O. Roberts for the uses and trusts hereinafter mentioned
at and before the ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
and sold aliened enfoeffed released and confirmed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien
enfoeffe release and confirm unto the said Cornelius
O.O. Roberts Trustee forever all that certain lot of
land lying and being in the County of Alachua
State aforesaid known and designated in the United
States Survey as follows to wit: East half (1/2) South East
quarter (1/4) section seven (7) Township seven (7) Range
nineteen (19) East containing Eighty acres of land
Together with all and singular the buildings and im=
provements to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
and reversions and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof To have and to hold the said above described prem-
ises and lot of land with the appurtenances hereby
granted or intended so to be unto the said Cornelius
O.O. Roberts Trustee as aforesaid forever In trust never=
the less and for the uses following and none other, that
is to say for the sole and separate use of Eliza Jane
Johnson wife of the said Elisha G. Johnson as aforesaid
for and during her natural life and her heirs after
her decease and so as she alone or such person or per=
sons as she shall appoint shall take and receive the
rents issues and profits thereof, and so that the said
husband shall not in any wise intermeddle herewith
without her consent but not intermeddle in any wise
so as to effect the Trust herein contained, with power
to the said Cornelius O.O. Roberts Trustee as aforesaid
to sell and convey in fee simple the whole or any part
of the aforesaid premises and appurtenances to any person
or persons and for such sum or sums of money as the said
Eliza Jane Johnson wife of the Elisha G. Johnson as
aforesaid by writing under her own hand and seal and
duly acknowledged at any time during the natural life
may appoint and direct and the said Elisha G.
Johnson for himself his heirs Executors and adminis=
trators do covenant and agree to and with the the said
Cornelius O.O. Roberts Trustee as aforesaid that he the
