 This Indenture, Made and entered into on this Twenty
third day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and seventy one between James T. Soutter
and John McRae Trustees duly appointed by the Florida
Rail Road Company, parties of the first part, and Sam=
uel A. Swann of the City of Fernandina State of Florida
Gentleman party of the second part Witnesseth:
  That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of sixty three Dollars and forty
five cents (63.45) to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have given granted aliened bargained sold transferred and do
by these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer and
convey unto the said party of the second part all those cer=
tain parcels or tracts of land lying and being in the County
of Bradford State of Florida and more particularly known
