and described on the public records and maps of said
State as the south half (S1/2) of the south west quarter (SW1/4)
of Section Twenty five (S25) of Township Eight (T8S) Range
Twenty two (R22) East containing by admeasurement Eighty
acres (80a) more or less - Also in the county of Alachua and
in Township seven (T7S) of Range Twenty one East (R21E)
the south west quarter (SW1/4) of the south west quarter (SW1/4)
of section Thirty one containing by admeasurement forty six
91/100 acres (46 91/100) more or less To Have and to Hold the
above described premises together with all and singular the
rights and privileges immunities easements and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said part of the
second part and  heirs as their absolute property in fee simple
forever. And the said parties of the first part for themselves
and successors as Trustees as aforesaid and for the said
Florida Rail Road Company and for all others claim
ing by through or under them or either of them do covenant
and agree that they are seized as Trustees of a good and
indefeasible fee simple to the above premises and that they
have good right to convey the same as they have conveyed
the same free and discharged from all encumbrances
and liens of any and every nature and description
created by themselves as such Trustees; and that the said
part of the second part heirs and assigns shall quietly
and peaceably enjoy the above described premises against
all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming under them or

Twenty first day of September in the year one thousand eight hundred
and seventy one before me the undersigned Edwin F. Corey Jr a Com=
missioners resident in the City of New York duly commissioned and
qualified by the executive authority and under the laws of the
State of Florida to take the acknowledgement of deeds &c to be
used or recorded therein personally appeared James T. Soutter
and John McRae to me known to be the persons who executed
the annexed deed by them sealed and subscribed and they
severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act
and deed as Trustee of the Florida Rail way Company for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my official seal the day and year aforesaid
