This Indenture made and entered into on this twelth day of June, in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven, between James T.
Soutter and John McRae, Trustees duly appointed by the Florida Rail
Road Company, parties of the first part and Samuel A. Swann party
of the second part Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of one dollar to them in hand paid by them in
the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have given granted, aliened, bargained, sold, transferred, and do by
these presents give grant, alien bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto
the said party of the second part all those certain Lots or parcels
of Lands lying and being in the town of Waldo County of Alachua
and State of Florida and better known and described on the
plat of said Town (as surveyed by P.W.O. Koerner in May 1870)
as Lots number Two (2) Three (3) Four (4) and Five (5) of Block
number Twenty two (22) lying together - Two hundred and ten (210) feet
and eight (8) inches on Weeks Street which bounds them on the
South East and running one hundred (100) feet on Seydel Street
which bounds them on the South West Each of these Lots are
Fifty two (52) feet Eight (8) inches by one hundred (100) feet
To have and to hold, the above described premises, together with all
and singular the rights and privileges immunities easements and 
appurtenances hereunto belonging, or in anywise appartaining unto
the said party of the second part and his heirs as their absolute
property in fee simple forever, and the said parties of the first
part for themselves and successors as Trustees as aforesaid and
for the said Florida Rail Road Company and for all
others claiming by, through, or under them, do covenant and agree
that they are seized as Trustees of a good and indefeasible fee simple
to the above premises and that they have good right to convey the
same, as they have conveyed the same, free and discharged from
all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and description
created by themselves as such trustees; and that the said party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably
enjoy the above described premises against all persons whatsoever,
lawfully claiming under them or either of them.
In Testimony whereof, the said parties of the first part have hereunto
affixed their hands and seals this the day and year above written

Be it remembered, that on this Twenty first day of September in the
year one thousand eight hundred and seventy one, before me
the undersigned, Edwin F. Corey Jr a Commissioner resident in
the City of New York duly commissioned and qualified by
the executive Commonwealth authority and under the laws of the
State of Florida, to take the acknowledgements of deeds &c -
