                       decree of the Hon Jessee H. Goss Judge of the Circuit
                       Court for the fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida
                       Sitting in Chancery, dated April 5th AD 1869 for
                       Henry J. Bailey, Alexander C. Bailey, Orville B. Bailey &
                       Margaret R. Bailey for and in consideration of the
                       Sum of four hundred & Eighty Dollars ($480) to us in
                       hand paid by Thomas C. Ellis of Alachua County
                       and State of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby
                       acknowledged have bargained, Sold, released
                       transferred and Conveyed and by these presents
                       bargain, Sell, release, transfer & Convey unto the
                       Said Thomas C. Ellis his heirs and assigns forever
                       all of our and each of our rights title interest &
                       profits of and to a Certain tract or parcel of land
