facilitating the management of said business -
and being now desirous to make said power of
attorney above described and to recall, withdraw
and utterly annull all the powers and authority
right & privilege by me granted to said James B.
Davidson in the power of attorney aforesaid, Do here
=in and hereby make said power of attorney ( the
same being on record in the Office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of said County and being recor
=ded in the six hundred and thirty fifth page of
Record Book Marked "G, on the twenty second day
of January AD 1869) and I do further withdraw
recall and utterly annull all the powers and
authority right and privileges by me delegated to
said James B. Davidson under said power of attorney
And I do herein and hereby appoint and authorize
and Empower George L. Barnes to act as my true
and lawful attorney for the purposes Set out in
the instrument last above described, to demand
obtain & receive from said James B. Davidson, all
said goods, wares and merchandise and gener
ally to do and perform everything in and about
the management conduct and control of
said Mercantile business, (The power to manage which
over by me delegated to said James B. Davidson in
the power of attorney aforesaid as fully and absolutely
as I might or could do if personally present
