Be it remembered, that on this twenty first day of September in the year one
thousand eight hundred and seventy one, before me the undersigned Edwin
F. Corey Jr a Commissioner resident in the City of New York duly 
commissioned and qualified by the executive authority and under the
laws of the State of Florida, to take the acknowledgement of deeds &c
to be used or recorded therein personally appeared James T. Soutter and
John McRea to me known to be the persons who executed the annexed
deed by them sealed and subscribed and they severally acknowledged
the execution thereof to be their free act and deed as Trustees of
the Florida Railway Company for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my official seal the day and year aforesaid

This Indenture made and entered into on this the twelfth day of June, in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight Hundred and sixty seven, between
James T. Soutter and John McRea, Trustees, duly appointed by the
Florida Rail Road Company, parties of the first part and J. Eli Gregg party
of the second part. Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have given, granted, aliened, bargained, sold transferred; and do by these
presents give, grant, alien, bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto the said
party of the second part all those certain Lots or parcels of Land lying and
being in the town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida
and better known and described on the plat of said town (as surveyed
by P.W.O. Koerner on May 1870) as the whole of Lots number Two (2) Three (3)
and Four (4) and fractional Lot number five (5) and of fractional
Block number Twenty seven (27). To have and to hold the above
described premises, together with all and singular the rights and privileges
immunities, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining unto the said party of the second part and his heirs as their
absolute property in fee simple forever and the said parties of the first
part for themselves and their successors as Trustees as aforesaid and for
