of the second part, the whereof is hereby acknowledged, have given, granted
aliened, bargained, sold, transferred; and do by these presents give grant
alien bargain, sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part
All those certain Lots or parcels of Land lying and being in the Town of
Waldo, County of Alachua, and State of Florida and better known and
described on the plat of said town (as surveyed by P.W.O. Koerner in May
1870) as Lots number six (6) Seven (7) and eight (8) of Block number Twenty two
(20) lying together, one hundred and fifty eight (158) feet on Alachua Street which
bounds them on the north west and running one hundred feet (100) on Seydell
Street which bounds them on the South West Each of said lots being fifty
two (52) feet and eight (8) inches by one hundred (100) feet.
To Have and to hold, the above described premises, together with all and
singular the rights and privileges, immunities, easements, and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, or in any wise appertaining unto the said part of the second part and
heirs, as their absolute property in fee simple forever. And the said parties of the
first part for themselves and successors, as Trustees as aforesaid, and for the
said Florida Rail Road Company, and for all others claiming by, through
or under them, or either of them, do covenant and agree, and that they are seized
as Trustees of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the above premises and
that they have good right to convey the same, as they have conveyed
the same, free and discharged from all encumbrances or liens of any and
every nature and description created by themselves as such Trustees; and that
the said part of the second part, heirs and assigns, shall quietly and peaceably
enjoy the above described premises against all persons whatsoever, lawfully
claiming under them or either of them, do covenant and agree, that they are
seized as Trustees, of a good

Be it remembered, that on this twenty-first day of September, in the year one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-one, before me, the undersigned Edwin F. Corey Jr a
Commissioner resident in the City of New York, duly commissioned and qualified by
the executive authority, and under the laws of the State of Florida, to take the
acknowledgement of deeds &c; to be used or recorded therein, personally
appeared James T. Soutter and John McRea, to me known to be the persons
who executed the annexed deed by them sealed and subscribed, and they
severally acknowledged the execution thereof, to be their free act and deed as
Trustees of the Florida Railway Company, for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
official Seal, the day and year aforesaid.
