This Indenture, Made and entered into on this twenty sixth day of January in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy one between James
T. Soutter and John McRea, Trustees duly appointed by the Florida Rail Road
Company, parties of the first part and the Florida Land and Immigration
Company party of the second part, Witnesseth:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
                                to them in hand paid by the said part of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have given granted
aliened, bargained, sold transferred; and do by these presents give grant
alien, bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto the said party of the second
part all those certain parcels or tracts of land lying and being in
the County of Bradford State of Florida, and now particularly known
and described on the public records and maps of said State, as the East
half; and South West quarter of section thirteen of Township Five
South and Range Twenty East containing Four hundred and
Eighty (480) acres more or less; and in Township Five South and
said Range Twenty East. The whole of Section Twenty three containing
six hundred and forty acres more or less, and the North west quarter
and North half and South west quarter of North East quarter of section
Five of Township six South and Range Twenty East containing
Two hundred and eighty (280 13/) acres more or less.
  Also in Nassau County in the said State lots one, two and three
of section one in township, Two, North and Range Twenty seven
East containing and one hundred and thirty four (134 20) acres more or
less.
  Also in the County of Levy in the said State in Township Eleven
South and Range Fourteen East. The whole of Section Fifteen containing
Six hundred and thirty eight (638 40/) acres more or less.
  And also in Alachua County in the said State the South West
quarter of North East quarter of Section Thirty one of Township seven South
and Range nineteen East containing forty (40 03/) acres more or less.
  And also in Bradford County aforesaid the North West quarter
of the South East quarter and the North East quarter of the South West
quarter of Section Thirty one of township Five and Range Twenty two
East containing eighty acres more or less.
To Have and to Hold the above described premises together with all and
singular the rights and privileges, immunities, easements and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining unto the said party of the
second part, and their heirs, as their absolute property in fee simple forever
and the said parties of the first part for themselves and successors as Trustees
as aforesaid, and for the said Florida Rail Road Company, and 
for all others claiming by, through or under them, or either of them
do covenant and agree that they are seized as Trustees, of a
