This indenture Made and entered into on this the thirtieth day of January
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight Hundred and seventy one between
James T. Soutter and John McRae, Trustees, duly appointed by the Florida Rail
Road Company, parties of the first part and Tabrick Murphy of the city of Wil-
mington and State of North Carolina party of the second part Witnesseth:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the improper
conveyance, heretofore made by them to said party of the second part
of Lots six and seven of Block Two in the Town of Waldo, State of Florida
and the further consideration of One Dollar to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
have given, granted, aliened, bargained, Sold, transferred; and do
by these presents give, grant, aliene, bargain, sell, transfer and convey
unto the said party of the second part all those certain parcels or
tracts of land lying and being in the County of Alachua State of
Florida, and more particularly known and described on the plat
of said Town of Waldo, County and State aforesaid, as Lots number
Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block number Twenty two (22); being together
100 feet on Cole Street, which bounds them on the North East and running
one Hundred and five feet, four inches on Alachua Street, which bounds
them on the North West. Each of said Lots being Fifty two feet eight
inches by one Hundred feet.
To Have and to Hold, the above described premises, together with
all and singular the rights and privileges, immunities, easements and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs, as their absolute property in fee simple forever. And the
said parties of the first part for themselves and successors, as Trustees as
aforesaid, and for the said Florida Rail Road Company, and for all
others claiming by through or under good and indefeasible fee simple
to the above premises, and that they have good right to convey the
same, as they have conveyed the same, free and discharged from
all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and description
created by themselves as such Trustees; and that the said party of
the second part, his heirs, and assigns, shall quietly and peaceably
enjoy the above described premises against all persons whatsoever,
lawfully claiming under them or either of them.
