Alachua County } This Indenture made and entered into this ninth day of
September Anno Domini One Thousand Eight Hundred and seventy one between Josiah
T. Walls and Ellen T. Walls his lawfull wife of the county of Alachua
and State of Florida parties of the first part and Henry S. Harmon of said
county and State party of the Second part;
Witnesseth: That in consideration of the Sum of one thousand $1,000) dollars
to them in hand paid by the party of the Second part at and before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted, bargained, Sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell, alien, convey and
confirm unto the said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever
all the following lots, tracts or parcels of Land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and Known and described
as follows: The South East Quarter of the North West Quarter of
Section Thirty two (32) all of of Township Seven (7) South Range
Nineteen (19) East containing Eighty 9/100 (80,09) acres and lying and being
in the county of Alachua in Said State of Florida, also all of that certain
piece and parcel of Land Known and described as the North half of
the North East Quarter of Section number thirty one (31) in Township
number seven (7) South of Range number nineteen (19) East containing
Eighty acres more or less lying and being in the county of Alachua and
State of Florida Together with all and Singular the tenements and hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders, rents issues and
profits thereof and also all the Estate right title interest dower and
right of dower property possession and demand whatsoever as
well in law as in equity of the Said parties of the first part
