with the appurtenances.
To Have and to Hold the aforesaid bargained premises together
with all and Singular the rights members tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the Same belonging unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns to his and their own sole and proper uses
benefit and behalf in Fee Simple and the Said parties of the first part
for their heirs executors, administrators do hereby covenant with the said
party of the Second part his heirs and assigns, that they are lawfully
seized of Said premises as of fee and have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the Same and that they will and their heirs executors and
administrators Shall forever warrant and defend the title to Said
premises unto the said Henry S. Harmon the party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns against the claim of any and all persons
whomsoever, lawfully claiming the Same - In Testimony
