personally came before me Sophie Harmon one of the parties of the first
part to the above deed, and to me personally well Known as the identical
person who Signed, the foregoing deed, who being privately examined separate
and a part from her husband the Said Henry S. Harmon, says that she is
of her own free will and accord and without fear compulsion or restraint
from her said husband did Sign Seal and deliver Said deed in
connection with her Said husband for the uses and purposes therein

This Indenture made and entered into this sixteen
th day of October Anno Domini 1871 Between Leonard
G. Dennis of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the first part and Henrietta S. Dennis of the town
of Beverly County of Essex and State of Massachusetts
party of the second part
Witnesseth That the said party of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Two thousand dollars to him in hand paid by the
said party of the second part the reciept whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold al=
