and sold and by these presents doth grant and convey unto the
party of the second part all of the North East quarter of the
North West quarter of Section No Twenty five (25) in Township
No Seven (7) South of Range No Nineteen (19) East lying and
being in the aforesaid State and County.
To Have and to Hold the above described premises to the
party of the second part (with all appurtenances) her heirs and assigns
forever in fee simple, and the above premises to the party of the second part
her heirs and assigns the party of the first part his heirs and assigns will
warrant and forever defend against the claims or claim of all persons

This Indenture made and entered into on this Thirtieth day of January
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and seventy one
between James T. Soutter and John McRae Trustees, duly appointed by the
Florida Rail Road Company, parties of the first part and James T.
Soutter of the City and County and State of New York party of the second
part Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of one thousand two Hundred dollars to them in
hand paid by the said part of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have given, granted, aliened, bargained, sold
transferred; and do by these presents, give, grant alien, bargain sell
transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part all
those certain parcels or tracts of land lying and being in the County
of Alachua State of Florida, and more particularly known and
described on the public records and maps of said State, as the East
half East half of North West quarter: East half and South West
quarter of the South West quarter of Section one of Township
Eight South Range Twenty East containing Five Hundred
Twenty (520.24) acres more or less. Also in same Township and
Range, the South half: East half of North East quarter
and West half of North West quarter of Section Twenty one
