This Indenture, Made and entered into on this twenty sixth day of January
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy one between James
T. Soutter and John McRae, Trustees, duly appointed by the Florida Rail Road
Company, parties of the first part and William Fellows party of the second part
Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Twenty Two dollars and Twenty nine cents to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have given, granted, aliened, bargained, sold, transferred; and do by these
presents give, grant, alien, bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto the said
party of the second part all those certain parcels or tracts of land lying
and being in the County of Levy State of Florida and more particularly
known and described on the public records and maps of said State, as the
South half and the South West quarter of the North West quarter of Section
number Nine of Township Number Fourteen South in Range Fourteen East
containing three hundred and fifty nine acres be the said more or less.
Section number Thirteen of Township Thirteen South and Range Sixteen
East containing six hundred and forty one acres and seventy six hundredths
be the same more or less and section number Thirty three in Township
Eleven South in Range Seventeen East containing six hundred
and forty acres and Eighty hundredths be the same more or less.
Also in the County of Alachua in the said State the South East
quarter and the East half of the South West quarter of section
number seventeen Township Ten South in Range Sixteen East
containing Two hundred and forty acres and sixty three hundredths
more or less and Section number Thirty one of Township Eleven
South in Range Eighteen East containing six hundred and 
twenty six acres and fifty six hundredths be the same more or less.
To Have and to Hold the above described premises together with all
and singular the rights and privileges, immunities, easements and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining unto the said party of
the second part and his heirs, as their absolute property in fee simple forever
and the said parties of the first part for themselves and successors as
Trustees as aforesaid and for the said Florida Rail Road Company
and for all others claiming by, through or under them, or either of them
do covenant and agree that they are seized as Trustees of a good and
indefeasible fee simple to the above premises and that they have good
right to convey the same, as they have conveyed the same free
and discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any
