       and peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all persons
       whatsoever, lawfully claiming under them or either of them.

       Be it remembered, that on this Twenty first day of September, in the
(Seal) year one thousand eight hundred and seventy one, before me the undersigned
       Edwin F. Corey, Jr a Commissioner resident int the City of New York,
       duly commissioned and qualified by the executive authority, and under the
       laws of the State of Florida, to take the acknowledgement of deeds &c
       to be used or recorded therein, personally appeared James T. Soutter and
       John McRae, to me known to be the persons who executed the annexed
       deed by them sealed and subscribed, and they severally acknowledged
       the execution thereof, to be their free act and deed as Trustees of
       the Florida Railway Company, for the uses and purposes therein
       mentioned.
       In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
       my official Seal, the day and year aforesaid.

       This Indenture made this the twenty second day of July AD Eighteen
       hundred and sixty nine between John R. Hague of the County
       of Alachua State of Florida party of the first part and Daniel Lynn
       of the same place party of the second part Witnesseth That the party
       of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred
       dollars to me in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery
       of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
       bargained and sold and by these presents do grant and convey
       unto the party of the second part all that certain tract or parcel
       of land known and described as the North East quarter of section
       twenty one Township Eight Range nineteen. To Have and to 
       hold to the party of the second part his heirs executors, administrators
       and assigns forever in fee simple and the party of the first part
       doth hereby covenant and agree to and with the party of the second
       part his heirs executors, administrators and assigns that he will
       warrant and forever defend the same against the claim or claims
       of all persons whomsoever. In
