State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I, Musco Boulware
Alachua County   } of said State and County, in consideration of the
suf of ten dollars, to me in hand paid by Johannah P. Lewis of
the same State and County, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
bargained, sold, and quit claimed & by these presents do bargain sell and quit
claim unto Johannah P. Lewis and children William Dixon Lewis, Mary Elizabeth
Lewis, Thos Boulware Lewis, and Martha Caulding Lewis and the children of
William R. Lewis, and the said Joanna P. Lewis their heirs, and assigns, forever
(for the purpose of a division of the lands hereinafter named, all of my right
title, interest, and estate claim and demand will at law and in equity & as
well in possession as in expectancy of in and to all that certain piece or parcels
of Land, lying and being in said State and County, and known and distinguished
as Twenty two acres & 20/100 of a acre on the Eastern boundary of the South West 1/4
of Section Twenty seven (27) & 10 acres of the Southern boundary of the SW1/4
of SE1/4 & 10 acres of the Southern boundary of the SE1/4 of the SW1/4 of
Section Twenty two (22) & 10 acres of the southern boundary of the NW1/4 of the
NW1/4 of Section Twenty seven (27) & 10 acres of the southern boundary of NE1/4
of the NE1/4 of Section Twenty eight (28), The SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of section
twenty eight (28), The SW1/4 of the NW1/4 of section Twenty seven (27)
The East 1/2 of the NW1/4 of Section Twenty seven (27) & the West 1/2 of the
NE1/4 of section twenty seven (27) & the SE1/4 of the NE North east quarter
of Section Twenty seven (27) & the N1/2 of SE1/4 of Sec Twenty seven (27)
and the W1/2 of the South east 1/4 of Sec 27. Containing Four Hundred
and fifty nine acres 59/100 of an acre, all in Township nine and Range
Twenty-two, To have and to hold the above released premises unto the
said Joanna P. Lewis and her children above named and any child and
children of the said William R. Lewis & Joanna Lewis that may hereafter
be born, their heirs and assigns to their use and behoof forever and I
the said Musco Boulware for myself my heirs, executors
