Administrators and assigns do covenant with the Said Joanna P. Lewis & her
children their heirs and assigns, that the above granted premises are free from
all incumbrances, made or suffered by me, and that I will and my heirs Executors
and administrators shall warrant and defend the same to the said Joanne P. Lewis
or her children above named, their heirs & assigns forever, against the lawful claims
and demands of all persons claiming by through or under me Musco Boulware
and I, Serena Bouware, wife of Musco Boulware aforesaid in consideration
of the sum of ten Dollars to me in hand paid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknow-
ledge do hereby release and relinquish to the said Joanna P. Lewis & her children
their heirs and assigns all of my rights, title and interest, to or in any dower
in the aforesaid premises. Musco Boulware.

hereunto set our hands & seals this 29th day of November AD 1869.
