(2) Range three (3) Sixty feet front and two hundred
feet deep lying on the west side of the Court house
Square in the town of Gainesville
together with all the rights titles and interests of
which the said R.M. Roberds and R.W. Roberds had 
in the said property Jointly and severally and the 
same to hold as fully as I the said Sheriff as afore
said under said writ might could or ought to sell 
and Convey the same

                    This Indenture made this 7th 
day of December AD 1868 by George L. Barnes Sheriff 
of Said County of the first part and J.H. Roper of 
the County and State aforesaid of the second part
Whereas by virtue of a writ of fiera facia issued out 
of the Circuit Court of Alachua County and to the 
said Sheriff delivered, he was commanded that of 
the goods and Chattles lands and tenements of 
Rosa M. Roberds and Reuben W. Roberds he caused to be 
made the sum of Eight thousand two hundred and 
Eighty five 88/100 Dollars with interest thereon together
with costs of suit which J.H. Roper lately on the 
14th day of May AD 1868 recovered against Said R.
M. and R.W. Roberds and whereas the said Sheriff by vir-
tue of said writs did on the first day of November 
AD 1868 levy upon and seize the property hereinafter
