This Indenture, made and entered into the (16th) Sixteenth day of
of March one Thousand eight hundred and twenty one, between
Julius C. and his wife Cushbart W. Rockener of the county of Polk
and State of Florida, of the first part and Dallis Tillis of the County
and State aforesaid of the second part. Witnesseth, that the the said party of
the first part by virtue of the power and authority invested to them by Law
as the Guardian of the Goods and Chattels, rights and credits of the minor
Heirs of J.J. Hooker, late of said county described, that for and in
consideration of the sum of Six hundred dollars, lawfull money of the
United States of American to them in hand paid, by the said Dallis Tillis
of the second part, the receipt whereof we do hereby acknoweldge, have
granted, bargained, sold, aliened, released and conveyed, and by
their presents do grant, bargain, sell convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all that
certain piece or parcel of land situate and laying and being
in the Town of Gainesville, County of Alachua, State aforesaid
Known and described in the plat of said Town as Block
Number five, Range Number Six and Seven containing (2) Two
acres more or less. Together with all and singular, the Tenements
Hereditaments and appurtenances Thereunto belonging or in
any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders Rents issues and profits thereof and also
all our Estate, right, title, interest, property prossession claim and
