the second part his heirs and assigns forever, and we the said party
of the first part for ourselves and each of us, our Heirs executors
and assigns will well and truly warrant and ever defend the quiet and
peaceable possession of the said property conveyed, against all and
every person or persons, whomsoever lawfully claiming the
same unto the said D. Tillis, his Heirs executors and assigns, shall
and will warrant and ever defend.

State of Florida } Be it remembered that before me John
County of Polk   } Davidson Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for said County and State aforesaid personally came
before me P. Dzialynski who being sworn according to law
deposeth and say that he was personally present on the day of
the signing and delivery of the foregoing deed and at the request
of J.C. & Cuthbert Rockener, he the said Dzialynski and
J.R. Cohen did sign the same as subscribing witness thereto.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
              official seal at Bartow this the 2nd day

State of Florida } This Indenture made and executed this
Alachua County   } the Thirtest day of September AD one
thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Between Daniel
Morrison of Alachua County and State of Florida of the
first part and Columbus J. Morrison of Alachua County
State of Florida, of the second part Witnesseth that
the said Daniel Morrison for and in consideration
of the sum of Three hundred dollars which is to be paid
after the death of the said Daniel Morrison whereof
acknowledged hath bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said Columbus J. Morrison his heirs and assigns
all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in
the County of Alachua and known as the south west
quarter of the north east quarter of section No thirty six
