November in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight
hundred and seventy by and between Eliza T. Haw-
thorne and Harriet R. Hawthorne his wife of the State
of Florida and County of Alachua parties of the first
part and A.G. Franzot of the same State and County
of the second part. Witnesseth that the said Eliza
T. Hawthorne and his wife Harriet R. Hawthorne for 
and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to them
in hand paid by the said A.G. Franzot the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold conveyed and delivered and by these presents do
grant bargain sell convey and deliver unto the said
A.G. Franzot his heirs and assigns all the following
Lot piece or parcel of Land known and designated
