Ten (or as Frangot's Lot)
To have and to Hold the above described land together
with all and singular the rights members hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging and in any
wise appertaining unto the sole use benefit
and behoof of the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever And the
said parties of the first part doth covenant and
agree to and with the said parties of the second
part that they are posessed of a good and lawful
title in fee simple and hath a right to sell and
dispose of the same, and that they will warrant
and defend the said party of the second part
in the quiet and peacible posession of the same
against the claims of all persons whatsoever
In testimony whereof the said parties of the
first part hath hereunto set their hands and
seals this the Twenty third day November in the
Year of our Lord one thousand Eighteen hundred
