Know all men by these presents That we William C. Bucklin
of Denver in the Territory of Colorado and Edward C.
Bucklin of East Providence in the State of Rhode Island
and George Bucklin of East Providence in the State
of Rhode Island, Frederick C. Farley of Milburn
in the State of New Jersey and Charles D. Owen of the
of the City of Providence in the Said State of Rhode
Island as Trustees under the will of Thomas P.
Bucklin late of said East Providence deceased
by virtue of and in exercise of the power in us in
this behalf as such Trustees vested by said will
for and in consideration of the sum of Five Thousand
dollars to us paid by John Bone of Albia Iowa
the receipt of which sum is hereby acknowledged
do hereby grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said John Bone his heirs Executors administrators
and assigns the following described tract or parcel
of land Situated and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and described in the plat of
the Arredondo Grant as the South half of section
Twenty six (26) Township nine (9) and Range Nineteen (19)
The north half of Section thirty six (36) Township nine (9)
Range nineteen (19) the west half of section three (3) Township
Ten (10) and Range nineteen (19) The South half of the East
half of Section three (3) Township Ten (10) and Range Nine=
ten (19) the west half of section two (2) Township ten (10)
and Range nineteen (19) and Eighty acres of the west side
of the east half of section two (2) Township ten (10) and
Range Nineteen (19) making in all Fifteen hundred and
Twenty acres (1520) be the same more or less together with
all the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances buildings
machinery thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
And the said Grantors William C. Bucklin and Edward
C. Bucklin for our selves and for our respective heirs Exec-
utors and administrators do hereby covenant and agree
With the said John Bone his heirs Executors administrators
and assigns to warrant and defend the above described
and granted premises to the said John Bone against the
lawful Claims and demands of all persons Claiming the
same or any part thereof by through or under us. And we
the said George Bucklin Frederick Farley and Charles
D. Owen for our selves and for our respective heirs Executors
and administrators do warrant and defend the above
described and granted premises to the said John Bone
his heirs Executors and administrators against the lawful
Claims and demands of all persons Claiming by through
or under us as trustees as aforesaid
In testimony whereof the above named grantors have here=
unto set their hands and seals this 15 day of September
